My career has been shaped by senior leadership roles in public service, with responsibility for complex decisions involving public missions, organizations, and people.

Over three decades, including more than twenty years in the Pacific Northwest, my public service work focused on leading within complex, multi-jurisdictional systems. I held executive leadership roles with responsibility for organizational performance, teams, and high-consequence public decisions across water, infrastructure, environmental protection, public health, and emergency response.

Today, I work in an advisory capacity supporting executives and governing bodies where the aspirations of policy must be reconciled with the realities of implementation.
